- Maintain organized records across banking, payment, email, and productivity platforms
- Assist with compliance, filings, and operational logistics
Requirements
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email management
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a small team and startup environment
- Experience in construction, real estate, or SaaS is a plus

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage residential and commercial contractors
- Build and manage outreach campaigns across email, phone, and industry events
- Develop partnerships with suppliers, trade associations, and complementary platforms
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue in a CRM
- Provide market feedback to help shape product development
- Represent GridHome Group at trade shows and networking events
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or trades services
- A proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated approach and comfort with startup pace and autonomy
- Familiarity with the construction industry is strongly preferred
