GridHome Group started on a job site — where the gap between how construction actually works and how construction software works was hard to ignore. Contractors were managing projects across multiple tools that didn't talk to each other. Homeowners had limited ways to understand costs, compare professionals, or stay informed through a project. We saw an opportunity to build something better.

What we saw

Construction professionals need tools designed for the pace and conditions of real field work — not just the office. Estimating in one app, proposals in another, invoicing somewhere else. We saw an opportunity to bring everything into one connected workflow, built by people who understand the industry from the inside.

At the same time, homeowners searching for a contractor often have limited tools to help them understand costs, evaluate quality, or stay informed throughout a project.

TradeHomeBase A residential construction management platform that connects homeowners and contractors across the full project lifecycle. Estimates, proposals, contracts, job management, invoicing, and Design Studio all work together in one seamless system.
TradeFieldWork A construction management platform built for every trade and every size. Bids, estimates, proposals, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoicing, and closeouts — all in one connected system.

Why it matters

Construction is one of the largest industries in the country — and one of the least supported by modern software. We're building the platforms that change that, priced so that any contractor, from a one-person operation to a 200-person firm, can afford professional-grade tools from day one.
